Carla Adcock
Carla is a graduate California State University in Sacramento. She holds a BS in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources Management. Before founding The Sono Group, she held critical positions for several Fortune 500 companies. Her roles included corporate recruiter, compensation and benefits manager, personnel manager, and general manager. The business segments she served included healthcare service, information systems, retail, financial services, and biopharmaceutical.
As President, Carla works collaboratively with her management team to formulate and sustain the strategic direction of the Company. However, she insists on working hands-on to leverage her knowledge of managing and motivating human capital. It is at her personal direction that The Sono Group recruits, trains, motivates, and retains the very best the industry has to offer. Once on the team, consultants and developers thrive within streamlined administration, training, and time management programs of her design. Carla is most proud of the fact that she has created an environment where creative people are free from bureaucracy, politics, or cumbersome business systems. Thanks to policies and systems of her design, the team may focus solely on obtaining the rewards from challenging work and meeting client needs.

John Brophy
John has 26 years experience as a consultant building customer facing client server and web applications in the areas of Telephony, Finance, and Human Resources for Fortune 500 companies. He brings a strong understanding of development methodology and management of software engineering teams. John's experience provides the cornerstone of Sono's approach to delivering quality software in short release cycles.
John's background includes several years working with major international consultancies. John co-founded Sono with Carla to provide business clients with a high quality alternative to the Big 5 approach. For projects where clients need a fast, flexible partner to help find their way to success, Sono's approach offers more openness and less risk for clients. John holds a bachelor's degree from University of Minnesota.

Omar Adcock
Omar has 24 years experience consulting clients on information technology. Omar brings a wealth of technical experience combined with a keen understanding of the needs of the enterprise customer. Back in 1995, Omar started Sono down the road of helping our enterprise clients like Bank of America and Pacific Bell think of ways to capitalize on the Internet revolution.
Omar also keeps Sono focused on being a team of "well-rounded" individuals. Omar is active in community groups and youth sports organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area, and his leadership by example reminds all of us at Sono that an equitable work/family balance is what makes us a happy, productive team.
Omar graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from Troy University.
